Gluten Free Map of London!

Here is a map showing all of the gluten free spots I can recommend in London! You can use it to find somewhere nearby to eat or plan your trip. For more detail on my fave spots, check out my London guide.

I’ve included links to my Instagram posts on the restaurant where applicable.

Important points to note:

• The blue grain symbol shows 100% GF restaurants, and the green crossed cutlery symbol shows restaurants that cater really well for GF but aren’t 100% GF. You can filter to show just one type using the logo in the top left.

• This includes some of my favourite London chains (e.g. Honest Burgers) but does not include UK wide chains such as Pizza Express, which can also be great options.

• ‘Google maps’ ratings are not my ratings, they are based on ratings left by Google users.

• I have only included restaurants that, when I visited, had processes in place to avoid cross contamination. However, menus and processes can change (and places close down) so please always do your own search and speak to the restaurant.

• I’m vegetarian so unless otherwise stated these places all cater for vegetarians!

• This is up to date as of March 2023.
